Strong Start to 2010 for Northeast Florida Real Estate

The real estate market has been less than stellar in the past couple of years, but a fresh start in 2010 appears to be reflecting a turn around. Recent trends are showing improvement in the market, and The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village is showing further support of change by starting the year with new construction. Predicting a better 2010 for northern St. Johns County real estate, the first quarter brings many new homes to World Golf Village, including new custom homes in The Crest, a new spec home by Providence Homes in GroveWood, four new multi-unit buildings in Laterra Links and new construction in Cascades, an active adult retirement community.

Davidson Realty Announces Top Producers for October

Davidson Realty recently announced Suzy Evans and Pauline Cake as the top producers for October of 2009!

Suzy won for top sales and top listings with a combined production of over $1,609,000. She joined the Davidson Realty team in August of 2008 and has been an integral player ever since. Last month Suzy organized a Davidson team to participate in the “Ramp It Up” program. With the help of 11 Davidson agents and staff, Suzy built a wheelchair ramp for a disabled member of the Davidson community. With her sparkling personality and positive attitude, Suzy is a joy to have on the Davidson team.

Pauline Cake was the top producer for the month of October. Pauline has been on the Davidson team at World Golf Village since May of 2002, but has worked at the Village since 1997. Pauline and her husband Woody live in The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village with their two sons. Pauline and Woody work together on all of the sales and believe that living in the neighborhood really allows them to know all the ins and out of The World Golf Village community.

Put it on your calendar. In less than two weeks, The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village will hold its first “Sneak Peek Saturday” at the community October 3rd. Prospective homebuyers, real estate agents and neighbors are invited to attend these open houses hosted by The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village staff the first Saturday of every month from 1p.m. to 4 p.m. The events will be held in different homes in different neighborhoods each month. Refreshments will be served in one home, registration for great prizes will be held in another home and attendees will be able to meet The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village staff, ask questions and get more information about the community in a relaxed and informal setting.
