Sales Centers Open at Durbin Crossing and Cornerstone at Watermill

Mattamy Homes recently opened new sales centers at Durbin Crossing in south Jacksonville off I-195 and Racetrack Rd and at Cornerstone at Watermill, located off Argyle Forest Blvd. and Oakleaf Village Parkway in west Jacksonville. Presales, as well as inventory home sales are underway at both communities

Dennis Ginder, president of Mattamy Homes U.S. Group in the Jacksonville region, said Mattamy is building 43 new single-family homes at Durbin Crossing priced from the $180s. Mattamy Homes recently introduced its new Innovations Series of designer homes at Durbin Crossing.

At Cornerstone at Watermill, Mattamy Homes is building 54 new three-bedroom town homes priced from the low $100s. Ginder said new town homes at Cornerstone at Watermill range in size from 1,400 square feet of living space to 1,700 square feet.

Mattamy Homes U.S. Group has started design work on 54 new three-bedroom town homes priced from the low $100,000s at Cornerstone at Watermill, located off Argyle Forest Blvd. and Oakleaf Village Parkway in west Jacksonville.

Dennis Ginder, division president for Mattamy Homes U.S. Group in Jacksonville, said Mattamy’s new town homes at Cornerstone at Watermill will range in size from 1,400 square feet of living space to 1,700 square feet.

Ginder said Mattamy Homes will start construction of two model town homes in the first quarter of 2010, and should start presales of town homes at Cornerstone at Watermill by March 1.
