The first award was given to Mattamy Homes for their Santiago model, in their Durbin Crossing community in St. Johns, Fla. Ginder was nominated by his peers and was one of forty selected out of 170 nominated for the honor. The award was based on his community service and achievements in the industry he serves.

Suzy won for top sales and top listings with a combined production of over $1,609,000. She joined the Davidson Realty team in August of 2008 and has been an integral player ever since. Last month Suzy organized a Davidson team to participate in the “Ramp It Up” program. With the help of 11 Davidson agents and staff, Suzy built a wheelchair ramp for a disabled member of the Davidson community. With her sparkling personality and positive attitude, Suzy is a joy to have on the  Davidson team.

Pauline Cake was the top producer for the month of October. Pauline has been on the Davidson team at World Golf Village since May of 2002, but has worked at the Village since 1997. Pauline and her husband Woody live in The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village with their two sons. Pauline and Woody work together on all of the sales and believe that living in the neighborhood really allows them to know all the ins and out of The World Golf Village community.

With almost $600,000 in listing sold, Lyn Sappington was the top lister. As far as top producer goes, no one was able to beat Doug Duggan and his $1.3 million in closing. Jock Ochiltree (pictured left) was the top sales agent with $850,000 in sales for the month.

For the month of September, 17 agents participated in 38 transactions for a total sales volume of over $8 million and over $7 million in closings. Three Davidson agents, Lyn Sappington, Mirtha Barzaga and Pauline Cake, had over a million in sales and listings sold for the month.

Without a doubt, it is the people that make Davidson Realty one of Northeast Florida’s most successful real estate companies. Jock Ochiltree was named the Top Sales Agent with the highest dollar volume of sales with sales close to $550,000. The Top Lister with the highest dollar volume of listings sold was Pauline Cake. Cake had two listings and one shared listing selling at $710,000. She has been with Davidson for seven years and her hard work has paid off as she has received this award multiple times. Cake is a Certified Distressed Property Expert and works with two other Davidson agents to help homeowners avoid foreclosure. She lives in and specializes in The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village.
