Mattamy Captures Gold in Parade of Homes
Mattamy Homes U.S. Group, the U.S. Division of Canada’s largest homebuilder, captured the coveted gold and silver awards at the recent Jacksonville Parade of Homes ceremony at Marsh Landing Country Club. Some 60 models were entered in the competition.
The one-story Taylor model with a bonus room grabbed the Gold with its stunning four-bedroom design offering 3,461 square feet of living space, priced at $469,990 and located in Worthington Park, a gated community in St. Johns County where single-family homes start in the high $200s.
Dennis Ginder, division president for Mattamy Homes in the Jacksonville region, said the Emerald, a three-bedroom with loft model home offering 2,189 square feet and priced with a base price of $188,990 won the Silver Award at the Parade.
The Emerald is located at Sevilla in the World Golf Village off World Commerce Parkway and International Golf Parkway in St. Augustine.
New Single-family homes at Sevilla are priced from the $150s.
