New Construction Begins at Laterra Links in World Golf Village
Everywhere you turn, you hear how the real estate industry is stagnant. Builders are not starting any new construction until they absorb their inventory. Well, we are happy to report that this is just not the case at World Golf Village where Legacy Builders will soon be starting construction on five new multi-unit buildings. Each building will consist of four golf homes in St. Augustine, and Legacy Builders anticipates the first building to be completed as early as July 2010. All 20 units will be completed by the end of 2010.
The new buildings marks the newest phase of construction on the popular coach homes in the Laterra Links neighborhood at World Golf Village. The Laterra Links concrete-constructed coach homes will continue to range from two to four bedrooms and 2,160 square feet to 2,780 square feet, with two-car garages and screened lanais. Various high-end finishes are offered at Laterra Links, including granite countertops, stainless appliances, wood floors and more. One great thing about Laterra Links is that it is situated around golf holes through eight of the King & Bear fairways. Meaning, many of these homes will feature beautiful views of the golf course.
