Davidson Realty’s Top Producing Agents in September
September was an exceptional sales month for the St. Augustine real estate company Davidson Realty. As a whole, the company generated over $8 million in sales – just in September! While many different agents contributed to the month’s success, there were a few that stood out among the rest by being the top producers for the month.
With almost $600,000 in listing sold, Lyn Sappington was the top lister. As far as top producer goes, no one was able to beat Doug Duggan and his $1.3 million in closing. Jock Ochiltree (pictured left) was the top sales agent with $850,000 in sales for the month.
For the month of September, 17 agents participated in 38 transactions for a total sales volume of over $8 million and over $7 million in closings. Three Davidson agents, Lyn Sappington, Mirtha Barzaga and Pauline Cake, had over a million in sales and listings sold for the month.
Without a doubt, it is the people that make Davidson Realty one of Northeast Florida’s most successful real estate companies. These agents go out of their way to make sure every client receives first-class customer service and a high level of professionalism. September has been the best month of the year so far for Davidson, but we are hoping to see October, November or maybe even December come out in front.
