Huge congrats to The Davidson Companies, which was recently named the number two best company to work for in Florida by Florida Trend magazine.
One-hundred companies were recognized. The rankings are the first statewide Best Companies list and appear in the August issue Florida Trend and on FloridaTrend.com.
Companies that chose to participate in the Best Companies To Work For in Florida awards program underwent a two-part survey process, evaluating each company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, demographics and employee satisfaction.
